Hyrox n’ Series is now OFFICIAL!. Get your sweat on with this pioneering blend of functional fitness with traditional racing. Whether you’re a fitness fanatic, a regular gym-goer or a fitness novice, HYROX is truly accessible and attainable to anyone. Competitors are tested in every facet of athletic performance indoor state of the art studio.

We’re taking the action outdoors and utilising both main rooms to create a competitive and fun event suitable for all fitness levels.

Workouts and official teams to be released 7 days before the event.

How it work?

We present a comp style Hyrox event where you will work in teams of 2 or 4 to complete a workout.

Everyone will have to sign up individually then chose the drop down for teams of 2 or 4 then secondly, it will ask “Who you would like to train with?”, please put your friends full name in there. If you just want a workout and don’t really care who you are with just sign up and we will put you in a team that suits you.

The Schedule (On the Day)

8am – Brief for teams of 4s

8:40-9:40 – Start time of Heats for Teams of 4

9:40 – Brief for teams of 2s

10:20-11:20 – Start time of Heats for Teams of 2

Weekly Hyrox Sessions!

We run 10 Classes a day which are all based on functional bootcamps. On top of that in our weekly schedule we offer: 

Thursday 5;30pm – Hyrox Conditioning with Andrew Sims and Mark Tye. This is a erg based conditioning workout in teams of 2-4. This 55 minute session is perfect to meet people that have similar interests to you and combined both functional movements with traditional Hyrox movements/runs.

Saturday 10:15am – Hyrox WOD with Philly Blackett.  A perfect end of the week with our hyrox master! He will put you through your paces! Whether you are new to hyrox or competing in a Hyrox Event so need to up your fitness, this is the session for you.

This uses a pass if you are a monthly member HOWEVER external members can pay 5 quid to come in to the sessions above. To reserve your space as an external member just inbox us which session you wish to join and we will book you in.
