Your getting started guide
During this section we will give you all the steps you need on how to get started. We’ll cover basics introducing you to all our apps we use by helping you get set up, intro videos covering all sections and how to get the most from them!
Our nutrition sector will be your most important one. In this we will cover, how to work out your daily calories, calorie counting, food tracking, macros, food groups, importance of a calorie deficit, snack and meal ideas, recipe books, how to stay focused on weekends, how to enjoy food and much more!!
Sounds confusing but it’s not… we promise!
Workout at home and in the gym
The workout section will provide you with a variety of different workouts that will be extremely beneficial and suitable to do either at home or in your gym. We will cover all types of training including: weight training, cardio, interval training and functional circuits. We will put together workouts for you to do and even give you ideas to create your own. Don’t worry about not knowing what to do in the gym anymore or not having time to go, we’ve got you covered!
Recovery and Stretching
Stretching is a very important sector, more important than you probably think. We will cover the importance of stretches and recovery and also cover some pacific areas such as: hip mobility, hamstrings, chest, lower back, trigger point relief, foam roller and dynamic stretches.
Form and Technique
Training hard and effective is one thing, doing it properly to prevent injury and see results is another. So in this section we will cover loads of different exercises and point out how to do it properly and confidently. These will be video content talking you through each individual point and movement so you can see exactly how to do it correctly and practice until you get it right making sure you’re not causing yourself any injury.
This is a sector that many struggle with. Sometimes it’s hard to find that bit of motivation to become focused and succeed, that’s why you will have access to all our motivation and helpful tools. We will be posting all the content you need to stay focused and achieve results. From hints and tips, video content, daily posts and online support we can keep you on track to get results and to learn how to enjoy your exercise and food without it being a chore. Whenever you feel like you aren’t in the zone, we will help with that!
