If you are using a smartphone to watch the live videos please download the App Zoom Cloud Meetings (that’s all you have to do). Click join a meeting maximum 15 minutes before the start time. Enter the 9-11 digit code (which are all displayed above and also in the announcement section of the Facebook group AS WELL AS the cover photo in the group). Once entered you will join the live workout. Once a workout has been completed, we will make the workout available to you via the ‘ Project U Online’ App under “Live Home Workouts”.
If you have a smart TV that supports AirPlay 2 or Chromecast you should be able to ‘mirror’ or ‘cast’ your phone screen directly to the tv. Your phone and TV will need to be connected to the same network in order for this to work. If you don’t know if your TV supports either of these, Google is your friend. If you’re watching from an apple macbook or mac, you can mirror this in the same way. There are apps too; ‘Mirror for Samsung Smart Tv’ ,’Mirror for LG Smart TV’ and there are other apps available on phones , tablets and laptops that will help project the phone onto the TV as long as you are both connected to the same WIFI.
4 Week Transformation (Optional BUT not Optional)
As part of the lockdown we are running a 4 week transformation where we want you to TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!! This is a four week lockdown plan to try to keep you focused in the run up to Christmas.

Downloaded the MyFitnessPal (We will refer to this as MFP going forward) app and followed the steps to input your calorie goal and changed your macro settings to 40% Protein, 30% Carbohydrates and 30% fats.

Find a diet plan that works around your calories and pick up our FRIDGE planner or print it off. Perfect for keeping you motivated throughout the 4 weeks.

Again, I can’t stress this enough, let’s make sure we stay physically active during this lockdown and make sure that we spend more quality time with family but also have time for you whether that be steps or joining us on zoom or catching up on an online workout.
