BOOKING SYSTEM UPDATE AND SCHEDULE FOR ONLINE CLASSES FOR 2ND APRIL – 11TH APRIL AND RETURNING OF KIT
Hope you’re all keeping well and super super excited for the opening of the NEWLY REFURBISHED Project:U reopening.
The booking system will be live on the 1st April for existing members to book straight into your sessions starting from the 12th April. Remember, you can only book 2 weeks in advance so this will only show a couple of days worth of booking availability until the 12th continues to become closer and closer.
For Returning members whose packages have been re-added, your packages will be live by midday on the 1st April. This is simply to allow us time to add packages back on.
HOW THE FLOOR WILL LOOK
The main studio floor (Fit Project Room) will begin by operating in the three zones, a different look to that of those familiar with the original fit project classes pre COVID 19.
- Functional ZONE – which will be fun sessions with dumbbells, boxes, tyres and spin bikes.
- Barbell ZONE – These will be sessions inclusive of barbells and gliders
- Cardio ZONE – These will be sessions inclusive of ski-erg’s, rowing machines and kettlebells.
WHICH ZONE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
It is completely up to you which section you book in for. All workouts will be explained and all will have session plans and demos ready for you. Anyone who has joined the Fit Project is capable of working out in any of the 3 zones.
We recommend varying your workouts across all 3 zones for that full training feel across each week as we continue to build all aspects of our training once we re-open. All zones cater for all levels of ability and we are delighted to be able to bring so much variance from the word go to your training routine.

COMPLETE YOUR CHECKLIST SO YOU ARE READY TO GO
We are completely committed to your return going as smoothly as possible. In order to make that possible, we need your help.
We have put together a very small checklist – This is for you. See below:
1 – Firstly, please check if you are logged in to the app
2 – Check that you have a package (it will be a March package on display for your membership) but that’s fine, that means it is live. If you are returning/ new member nothing will appear in this package until midday on 1st April so be sure to check at the correct times for your specific membership on this date.
2.1 – To check packages click on the top 3 lines in the top left hand corner, make sure you are logged in, if you are logged in your name should appear , then click passes. If you are direct debit it will have a date of 4/1/21. Don’t worry it’s American and refreshes on 1st.
3 – if you can get logged in and everything looks okay, fantastic. You don’t need to do anything. This means that you are all set up and can go ahead and book in.
I CAN SEE MY PACKAGE BUT I WANT TO CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE
If you have been a member all the way through lockdown and your package isn’t as you would like it or isn’t visible, we need you to get in touch ASAP so we can correct this.
To get in touch, please email us at: email@example.com with the subject “Package problem”. Then leave us a short message describing what the issue is and what you believe it should be and we will get this corrected for you ASAP.

I’M NOT SURE MY CURRENT PACKAGE DATES ARE CORRECT / WHEN DOES MY PACKAGE START/END ???
If this is you – DON”T PANIC.
If a package is slightly wrong in terms of the dates in which you think your package should start and finish, fear not, we are currently going through each package now right up until Good Friday 2nd April.
Please check your package again on Monday 5th April and if there has still been no change, contact us using the same “Package Problem” heading as above.
ZOOM WORKOUT TIMETABLE IS CHANGING FROM FRIDAY APRIL 2nd – SUNDAY APRIL 11th
We are merging the online zoom timetables after the 2nd April so all the sessions you see there on the graphic will be going ahead.
This is the schedule for both pro:U and Fit project members as all workouts will be bodyweight specific as we collect all of our equipment back (from members who have borrowed kit) ready to have them cleaned down and prepped for the re-opening.
We will still attempt to keep our luch time dumbbell sessions going for those that have their own dumbbells or kettlebells at home. This will take place from the 5th April onwards.
THE RETURNING OF EQUIPMENT
HOW AND WHEN TO RETURN
For those of you that have borrowed any equipment from us, we hope it has come in handy to get you through this period. In order to get the studio/gym ready for re-opening, it is important we now get the kit returned to be checked, cleaned and moved into position ready for reopening.
Please can we ask you to return your equipment to us on either of the following dates/times below to suit you.
FRIDAY 2ND APRIL – 9am -12pm
MONDAY 5TH APRIL – 8am- 12pm
Please please please help us by bringing it back during these times, if you can’t make those times please message us to arrange another drop off

Thanks so much for taking the time to have a read through this. As I say we are just getting prepared for the 1st for booking and then again on the 12th for opening so we want to make sure all of you have access to the app and are ready to go.
Don’t panic if it’s not sorted or you’re confused, the reason for doing things now is so that come the 1st everyone can get booked in and everyone is on the ball and ready to go.
