The Pro: U Project is a monthly programme specifically designed for training optimally in a group environment whilst experiencing expert personal training for a fraction of the cost of a one-to-one session.
This programme is for:

If you are lacking self confidence, low esteem, or just looking for a new place to workout then you’ve come to the right place. Andrew and his team are fantastic! They can work around any injuries or health issues you may have to make sure that you get a good workout. You’re definitely not just a number with them, you’re an individual. The workouts are varied, and the support group is fantastic. I would highly recommend Project:U to anyone in the local area. The members are welcoming and each have their own story to tell, and the class environment is fantastic! Project:U really do take it that extra mile with aftercare and support as well the fitness sessions.
For someone who has never exercised properly in my life and seen exercise as something of a chore and hated it, since joining here I love every class and actually looking forward to my next class every time. It has given me a new lease of life coaches and members are so welcoming and encouraging wish I could give it more than 5*.
